1, laboratory design room location

Bottom layer: If the equipment is of high quality or requires shockproof, it can be set on the bottom layer.

Orientation: Each laboratory has its own requirements. The large-scale instruments must pay attention to its description. Some of them can't let the sun shine directly. Therefore, the orientation of the room should be protected from light. The chemical analysis room needs to be determined by observation color due to titration, colorimetry, etc. As a result, the light in the room is better. But there are also some auxiliary rooms or laboratories that require north facing, such as the balance room.

Floor: If you are a building with a laboratory, the type of laboratory that requires clean, clean, quiet, and the type of laboratory should be placed on the upper level as much as possible. This layout is the most perfect.

If the laboratory requires the air conditioning system to be suspended, the height of the floor should be increased accordingly. Room requirements refer to environmental control to meet the experimental requirements, such as laboratory requirements for cleanliness; general analytical laboratories require general cleanliness; for some laboratories engaged in microanalysis, in order to avoid sample contamination, ultra-clean experiments are required. Opening direction: The door of the laboratory is opened inside and outside. General chemical, biological laboratories, and explosion-proof laboratory room doors are all open type.

Door hole size: The width of the laboratory door made up of one-half standard unit should not be less than 1m, and the height should not be less than 2.10m, commonly known as a single door. The width of the doorway of a laboratory consisting of one or more standard units shall not be less than 1.20m, and the height shall not be less than 2.10m. Generally, the size of the door opening of the laboratory door, double-opening door and special requirements shall be determined according to the specific conditions.

5, laboratory design window design

The laboratory's window design needs to meet the following requirements:

Laboratories that normally set up heating and air conditioning should reduce the area of the laboratory's outer windows when meeting the lighting requirements. Pay special attention to the external window used for laboratory air conditioning should have good airtightness and heat insulation, and it is a double window.

Under normal circumstances, the laboratory window sash is closed, and the air conditioning system is used for ventilation. When the power is being repaired or blacked out, part of the sash can be opened for natural ventilation. The direction of opening is generally outward. This should not be wrong. ~~ Haha.
