2. Cleanliness and air changes:

3. Structure:

In order to ensure that the air flow is virtually undisturbed, structural design must be carried out and necessary precautions can prevent the accumulation of dust anywhere in the room.

 

4. Design plan:

To determine the design plan, we must first carefully consider the nature of the work of the room and the air flow conditions in it. It is not advisable to use ground air supply in workshops with large dust emission, and workshops with high cleanliness requirements should be kept away from other workshops as much as possible.

 

5. Material:

As a clean room ceiling, the materials of the wall and floor must be materials that are not suitable for cracking, particles that do not adhere, and dust that can hardly be found. 6. Pressure and air flow:

7. Auxiliary equipment:

8. Control of people and things:

People and things are the main source of dust in the clean room, so they must be fully controlled. For example, before entering the clean room, all people must pass through the human net system, change clean clothes, and receive basic education on the function of the cleansing system.

 

9. Water supply and drainage device and power supply:

According to the workshop to be operated, necessary water supply and drainage devices, air supply devices and power supplies must be provided. These devices and the equipment involved must be easy to use and design, and there must be no air purification system.

In order to minimize the pollution caused by human activities during operation, personnel must change their clean clothes, shower, shower, and disinfect before entering the clean area. These measures are "personal purification" or "people net."

The clean room in the clean room should be ventilated, and positive pressure should be maintained in other rooms such as the entrance side, and a slight positive pressure should be maintained on the toilet and shower, while negative pressure should be maintained on the toilet and shower.

 

Third, the material purification route

 

All kinds of objects must be purified before being sent to the clean area, referred to as "net of things". The material purification route and the human net route should be separated. If the materials and personnel can only enter the clean room at the same place, they must also enter the door and the materials are first subjected to coarse purification. For the occasion where the production line is not strong, an intermediate library may be set in the middle of the material route. If the production line is very strong, straight-through material routes are used, and sometimes purification and delivery facilities need to be set up in the middle of the straight route. In the design of the system, the coarse purification and fine purification phases of the net clean room will blow off a lot of raw particles, so the negative pressure or zero pressure should be maintained in the relatively clean area, and if the risk of contamination is large, the negative pressure should be maintained in the inlet direction. .
