1. Laboratory functional room planning

According to the instrument configuration and laboratory room function, the following basic requirements for independent laboratories and use areas are required:

1.1 Physical and Chemical Room (Comprehensive Laboratory)

Physical and chemical laboratory points: no mechanism room, the area occupied by the mechanism room is not less than (30m2) / the best fume hood (1800mm * 850mm * 2350mm) 2 / room; not less than (1500mm * 850mm * 2350mm) size It has a central platform, side stations, and water pipes that are independent of domestic water, which is conducive to wastewater collection and treatment. It has independent exhaust pipes (outer connection)

1.2 Physical and chemical analysis room There are divided chromatographic rooms:

Gas chromatography chamber, GC/MS chamber; can be used together, with a single calculation area of not less than 10m2 in a single calculation) Liquid chromatography chamber, liquid chromatography unit; can be used together, the area is not less than 20m2 / Between (single unit) standardization requires at least 3 liquid chromatographs, two shared one laboratory, at least 2 room ion chromatography chambers; can be used in combination with liquid chambers; separate laboratory room recommendations: 15m2 or more Spectral room: (recommended to configure independent three-phase 380V power supply) Atomic absorption chamber: independent exhaust (outer row) channel, upper and lower water atomic fluorescence chamber: independent exhaust (outer row) channel original suction and atomic fluorescence chamber can be used in combination Can be equipped with ICP-MS room separate laboratory room recommended: 15m2 or more

1.3 sample pretreatment room

If a table with a size of 1500mm*850mm*2350mm is required, the organic and inorganic pretreatment can be separated, and an independent exhaust pipe (outer connection) is recommended. Recommended: 15m2 or more .

1.4 high greenhouse

Need power supply three-phase 380V, high temperature station Recommendation: 15m2 or more

1.5 washing pure water preparation room

Independent water supply, water consumption (such as washing mopping cloth, cleaning water), laboratory washing wastewater (need to collect special treatment discharge) 220V/50HZ independent power workbench, pool (acid and alkali) drip rack, eye wash, etc. Accessories suggestion: 15m2 or more

1.6 balance room

Dedicated platform: at least 3 balances (one hundred thousandth, one ten thousandth, one thousandth) Earthquake protection standard: 100,000 class, marble countertops, shock absorbers Workbench Recommendation: 8m2 or more

1.7 small instrument room

Observation of small instruments such as ultraviolet spectrophotometer and microscope Workbench, 220V power supply Recommendation: 15m2 or more

1.8 drug room

The storage of strong acid and alkali and volatile drugs needs to be well ventilated, with external drainage and common drug storage. Acid and alkali resistant reagent cabinet with exhaust function Recommended: 20m2 or more

1.9 sample room

Sample cabinet, workbench Recommendation: 20m2 or more

1.11 office

As a laboratory management and data report fill-in and other work requirements, according to laboratory personnel settings recommendations: 20m2 or more

1.12 gas cylinder room

Suggestion: If 10m2 or more is unified, the 4-way gas (high-purity acetylene, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon) (the carrier gas required for laboratory equipment) should be set. In the laboratory of carrier gas operation, the laboratory also needs to configure the gas cylinder cabinet; it needs smooth ventilation and explosion-proof warning device. Note: The above space area is calculated by the effective internal volume, and the floor height is not less than 3.3m, which is convenient for ceiling treatment.
