Different levels of maintenance at different times:
Every 3 months, we should use a neutral detergent to clean all parts of the cabinet, including the glass window, the inner liner and the inside and outside of the deflector; lubricate the sliding rails of the door, the cable and the balance pulley.
Every 6 months: We recommend to check whether the mechanical mechanism is corroded or damaged; check whether the fans, motors, shafts and bearings are working properly; test whether the remote control devices (faucet, gas trap) can operate normally; Exhaust outlet pipe, especially the connection between the exhaust hood and the pipeline; whether there is leakage in the inside of the hood, especially in the elbow.
When there is abnormality in the inspection, replace the damaged or defective parts immediately according to the specifications; when any chemical liquid is found to be spilled at any time, it should be thoroughly cleaned with a neutral detergent.
Ventilation counter panel maintenance:
Although the ventilated countertop can withstand high temperatures, it is not recommended to be in direct contact with open flames and high temperatures for a long time. When using an electric furnace, it is necessary to add asbestos pad or triangular bracket to heat insulation;
Although the ventilated countertop has good corrosion resistance to various chemicals, it may have some effects when it is exposed to immersion for a long time. Therefore, it is recommended that if chemicals are dropped on the countertop, they should be removed as soon as possible.
Common troubleshooting of fume hood:
When the fume hood matching fan is not working, please check the following points:
a. Check the total power supply for three-phase power output;
b. Check if the inverter works normally (including the function setting of the inverter);
c. Check if there is a three-phase power output at the output of the inverter;
d. Check the wires along the route for damage;
e. Check that the resistance of the motor coil matches the indicated power.
When the ventilation efficiency of the fume hood is reduced, please check the following points:
a. Check for leaks at each joint of the working pipe;
b. Check whether the fan is affected by the phase modulation or phase loss of the main power supply;
c. Is the motor running in reverse?
